Liam Neeson é o nome artístico de William John Neeson, nascido no dia 6 de Julho de 1952, em Ballymena, Irlanda do Norte.

Fez vários filmes, entre eles Star Wars, onde interpretou o Mestre Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn. Na época em que interpretou Qui-Gon, Neeson estava no auge da sua carreira e foi protagonista de 5 filmes em 3 anos, incluindo Star Wars Episódio I: A Ameaça Fantasma.
