Tol Cressa foi o Chanceler Supremo da República Galáctica durante aproximadamente antes de 3.955 ABY até algum tempo depois de 3.946 ABY.

Em 3.955 ABY, Cressa comissionou o projeto dróide G0-T0 para auxiliar na reconstrução dos planetas devastados pela Guerra Civil Jedi. Ironicamente ele teria de liderar a luta contra esses mesmos dróides, quando ele ordenou a libertação do território controlado, pelos dróides G0-T0.
